When the guitar became electric, the Nat King Cole Trio (Oscar Moore on guitar, Wesley Prince on upright bass, and Nat King Cole on piano) bridged the gap between swing and rock and roll. The era of The Nat King Cole Trio spanned three decades and continues to influence artists around the world.
