Carry Greenham Home - Film
Directed by Beeban Kidron this film documents the lives of those at the womens peace camp at Greenham Common, Berkshire. Filmed in 1983 its depiction of the women involved in the peace movement which contrasts greatly with media portraits of the time, and subsequent collective memory. The screening will be followed by a discussion with special guests on women and protest.
