Bottle Conditioning Like A Pro
Bottle conditioning involves a secondary fermentation in the bottle, to produce CO2. There are lots of advantages and flavor improvements that come with this extra fermentation!
There's a lot of misinformation on the how to achieve right amount of carbonation when bottling. Knowledge from a commercial brewery is shared with you, so that you can optimize your carbonation--and won't be disappointed with flat beer or exploding bottles! We'll explain the details on priming sugar and yeast activity.
This class is free for Joy of Brewing Club members; for others it is $15.
Class will be on a Saturday afternoon, 2-4 PM.
Signups limited to 12; Members are preferred.
