Learn to make cheese at home and wow your friends. Using local milk from Twin Brook Creamery we will make and eat Mozzarella + Burrata in several dishes. We will also be learning the basics of cheese making and tasting cheeses from local cheese makers. This is an all ages event. See you in class!
