Valentine's Day Cake Class
We will cover the basics of cake carving in this class and techniques for frosting shaped cakes. Then, we will learn how to take the scraps and make our own completely edible cake pop toppers with molding chocolate. Finally, we will talk about some cake writing techniques and how to write neatly with frosting.
