About 10 year old Chelsi Kennedy:
When Chelsi was two years old she was
diagnosed with a rare glioma brain tumor with two angiocentric cancer properties, and she had to undergo 14 months of aggressive Chemotherapy to make sure nothing spread.
As the years passed, she was put on several
different medicines to try and control seizures, underwent numerous tests, and have had several hospital stays nothing quite worked.
Then on May 27, 2017, took a seizure and fell into a swimming pool, needing resuscitation.
Chelsi spent the next 16 days Rainbow Babies Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Now, Doctors in Pittsburgh think that a different kind of testing called the PHASES, could one day
lead to surgery for Chelsi so she can live seizure free, but this testing is still
only experimental and very expensive.
On top of all of her daily health struggles, last year, longtime family friends stole over $6000 from a fundraiser for Chelsi (who are in court as we speak)
