Heyday Farm Wine Dinner with Gard Vintners
Heyday Farmhouse is excited to welcome Gard Vintners to the farm for our first winemaker dinner of 2019. Gard Vintners is a family owned and operated estate winery in Washington's Columbia Valley. They opened their vineyard in 2006 and have been creating sustainably farmed wines ever since. They honored their family's Scandinavian heritage and farming tradition by naming their winery Gard, which means farm. This commitment to family and the longevity of farming practices come through in their well-crafted wines.
The festivities will commence in our gorgeous barn with Gard co-owners, Josh & Lisa, pouring a tasting of selections from their winery. After the tasting, you will be invited over to the Farmhouse to enjoy a farm-centric 4-course meal prepared by our Executive Chef, Tadao Mitsui.
$85.00 per person. Ticket includes wine tasting upon arrival, 4-course meal, tax and gratuity. Additional Gard wines will be available for purchase by the glass, bottle & case.
Tickets for this dinner are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the guest winemaker or the dinner in general, full purchase price shall be refunded.
