FUNdamental Steps-Intro to Improv
If you are wanting a limited class size, attention to detail, notes and some fun, this is your class. It is a comedy improv course directed at those starting out in improv and a great class to reinforce the foundation of improv for those with improv experience. Instructors Scott Thompson is taking lead for the March/April series. Scott has been teaching and performing Improvised Theatre for over six years. He is a founding member of Paper St. Theatre and a frequent performer at the Improv Cabaret, and other improv shows around Victoria BC. Hugh has over 25 years of improv experience. He is the founder of Staircase Improv and learningimprov.com, a website for improv education. Hugh's training includes Vancouver Theatre Sports, attending workshops at numerous improv training centres. Hugh has taught 1000's of improv classes over the years and performed in multiple shows. Kelly a member of the Staircase Improv community for over 10 years. She has attended hundreds of workshops,and has been an instructor at the Staircase for 4 years. She is as a facilitator for the improv program and spends her days off hanging out at The Staircase. Thursdays/6wks/7pm-9pm March 7 March 14 March 21 March 28 April 4 April 11
