EAT Cafe Dumpling Making Party
Help EAT (Everyone At the Table) Café celebrate Chinese New Year.
Join us for a fun, hands on lesson in making Chinese Pork Dumplings. You do not need any special equipment. The lesson is followed by a light meal, where youll get to eat the dumplings.
Menu:
Pan-fried pork dumplings with soy dipping sauce
Sticky rice with Chinese sausage, shiitake mushrooms and scallions
Steamed Baby Bok Choy
EAT Café is a not for profit restaurant located in West Philadelphia. During dinner service EAT customer's are welcome to dine no matter their ability to pay. Events such as the Dumpling Party support our pay-what-you-can mission.
