Hendricks BBQ presents our 2nd annual Smoke and Whiskey Night. This delectable 5 course smoked culinary journey will be accompanied by whiskies and other spirits from the Sazerac portfolio. Indulge in a great night of education of the Sazerac brand, great food, delicious cocktails, and samples from brand reps.

Welcome Cocktail:
Spring Berry Smash
Wheatley vodka, berry cordial, Bitterman's orange and cherry bitters, muddled blueberries, simple syrup, ginger beer.

#1 Appetizer: Smoked Hummus

Orange Riff: Our take on an orange old fashioned featuring Southern Comfort 100 proof, Grangala orange liquor, honey simple syrup, lemon juice

#2 Soup: Turkey and Wild Rice
Foundations farms heritage turkey confit, mire poix, rosemary, wild rice, sourdough crostini
1 oz tasting of Stagg Jr. straight bourbon whiskey

#3 Salad: Romaine and Radicchio
Fresh romaine, radicchio, carrot, shallot, radish, pecans, creamy maple vinaigrette
Green Caribou: Caribou Crossing Canadian whiskey, green chartreuse, simple syrup, lime juice

#4 Entree: Smoked Strip Steak
Hand Cut smoked strip steak, garlic and chive potato croquette, herb grilled squash
1 oz tasting Col. E H Taylor Small Batch straight bourbon whiskey
