Italian Wine Dinner
The Dish & Dram celebrates Italian wines with five wines from Livon wineries paired with five Italian wines from Fruili and Umbria curated by Nick Matarese. The wine dinner is $80 all inclusive (dinner, tax and tip)
At 6:30pm, the evening begins with a toast of Prosecco while we serve you assorted bruschetta and antipasti. Seating is promptly at 7pm.
1st: Chesapeake Rockfish Crudo with Grapefruit, Esplette, Nasturtium, Trout Roe Villa Chiopris, Pinot Blanc
2nd: Smoked Mussel Risotto with Crispy Prosciutto, Arugula, Pine Nuts - Villa Chiopris, Refosco
3rd: Grilled Stuffed Poussin with Fennel Sausage, Farro Salad, Glazed Local Radish, Orange-Pistachio Sauce - Colsanto, Ruris
4th: Lamb Duo - Lamb Shoulder and Crispy Belly, Crispy Polenta Cake, Braised Bitter Greens, Balsamic-Anchovy Sofrito - Colsanto, Sangratino
We end with our housemade limoncello and a special treat.
