Seattle Mindfulness Retreat with Robert Beatty

Join Robert Beatty of Portland Insight Meditation Center for a weekend retreat on March 30 and 31 at Nalanda West in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle. Robert is the guiding teacher for the Portland Insight Meditation Center (PIMC) in Portland, an open Buddhist community.

Robert's teaching is based upon the Noble Eightfold Path of the Buddha and non-dualism teachings.. Its purpose is to improve the lives of participants, their families and the greater community through meditative practice and a lifestyle that supports liberation from suffering, the awakening of wisdom, and the manifestation of compassion.

Please bring a potluck lunch to share.
