Join Executive Pastry Chef Janina O'Leary as she hosts her second-annual sweet-inspired cooking class. Focusing on many styles of chocolate, Janina will utilize the Valrhona line of deluxe chocolates to taste you through several varieties as well as transform the chocolates into decadent desserts. A highlight will be learning the secrets to preparing our famous chocolate soufflé! Wine pairings will also be included.
