Weaving for Adults with Laurie Lambrecht
Sunday, March 17 | 2-3:30 PM | $20 ($15 for Friends of SAC)
Join TAKEOVER! artist Laurie Lambrecht for a second session of this very special weaving workshop.
New attendees will learn the basics of tapestry weaving on a small frame and returning guests will continue on their looms. Experiment with color, pattern and texture. Looms will be provided but attendees should bring a 12" ruler and a fork (for pushing the weft)... and any threads, yarns or other fibrous items to try!
Take your loom home and continue your project after class. Adults only. Space is limited. Advance reservations recommended.
Laurie Lambrecht is an internationally known photographer and artist based in Bridgehampton, NY, focusing primarily on color, surface, form and texture.
Space is extremely limited.
