LFAS Drama presents Ash Girl

Once upon a time
This dark retelling of the Brothers Grimm classic Cinderella weaves a tale of grief, depression and ultimately hope. In a big old house with her stepmother and two stepsisters, Ashgirl lives huddled deep in the protection of an ashy hearth. When the invitation to the ball arrives from the prince, Ashgirl finds the strength to go with the help of her friends, some of whom come from unexpected places. The forest en route to the palace is populated by the Seven Deadly Sins, which are out to destroy humanity. Ashgirl and others encounter their own inner darkness and must fight the monsters within to find true light and happiness.
