Josh-Is-Back-Grandma-Style-Pizza-Night at Half Acre Tap Room!
We are so pleased to welcome back our chef and resident pizza guru Josh from 3 months of paid parental leave! (We are also pleased and proud to offer this rare restaurant industry benefit at Honey Butter Fried Chicken.) And of course, Joshs first Half Acre Tap Room Night back had to be pizza. So well host a night of Grandma-style squares of pizza, plus a little salad on the side plus Meyer Lemon Bars with Fennel Dust for dessert.
Grandma-Style Pizza:
Tomato Pie with Stracciatella and Candied Jalapeno
- AND -
Mushroom Ragu, Pecorino, Bacon, Orange Zest, Rosemary
~ served with A Little Side Salad and Meyer Lemon Bars with Fennel Dust
Tickets include four 10 ounce pours of Half Acre beers.
