Jammer training with Rogue Runner!

Start the New Year with some tips from the top? New Years resolution to kick things up a level? We have just the thing for you. A mini bootcamp booster session with Rogue Runner!
Rogue Runner has a wealth of high-level experience. most recently playing for London Brawling as a Jammer, and working with New Skids on the Block this season as a Jammer Coach during their amazing Play Offs and Champs run. A trained PT to boot, what more could you want in a coach!
We've asked RR to focus on the needs of the teams for this session; she'll be covering a lot of the jammer skills used at the highest levels of play and throwing in some strategic thinking for jammers and blockers. We've been crying out for more external input on our skating and RR's style is very much to break things down and provide feedback. We'd love for all team members to be able to attend this session so please contact leadership or ARRGvos if you would find it difficult to cover the full fee and something can be sorted out no bother.
