Montclair Culinary Academy - Adult cooking 'Sip & Bake' -Bread Baking & Cheese Making
Cold winter Sundays are an ideal day to get into the kitchen a bake some fresh, warm delicious bread, and explore the art of cheese making.
Our Chef Instructors will guide you to making French Baguette, Focaccia with Rosemary and
Fresh handmade Mozzarella Cheese.
A platter of Anti-Pasta will be served, so everyone can enjoy the fruits of their labor!
You are welcome to take home what you make to share with family and friends!
BYOB as always!
Comfortable clothing and footwear is recommended, as this is alot of standing .
