So many people love Sushi and Poke'. If you have ever wanted to create your own edible art, this class is for you.
Join our Chefs as we explore the Art of Japanese Cuisine, in a traditional Japanese table setting.
We start with handcrafted Miso soup with delicate cubes of tofu and scallions.
Mixed greens with a Tokyo style carrot/ginger dressing
Learn the secret to great Sushi and what type of fish and seafood is best for this application.
Plating techniques will be demonstrated
Learn to make some of your favorite sushi rolls and Sashimi!
