The focus of the after school drama program is to introduce students to basic acting
fundamentals, make them more comfortable on stage, deal with stage "fright"/pressure,
public speaking, interpersonal communication skills, enhance creative play and
releasing their imagination. The students will achieve these goals by playing theater
games, participate in small improvisational games and engaging in acting activities and
scene work. All students grade 1-5 are welcome, regardless of your child participated in
the fall drama club. The program will conclude with the students performing a short
scene from the play Peter Pan.
