When we seek to connect with another person, either physically or energetically, there must first be consent for that contact. Consent is something a lot of people are talking about, but it can be hard to understand how to go about giving it or getting it.
Join us for an in-depth look at the intersection between Consent and Embodied living. This four-hour workshop, brought to you by the Consent Academy, will look at how Consent and Negotiation works when you combine it with the intensity and depth of Tantric and spiritual practices.
We're going to talk about what Consent is and its complexity. We're going to engage in Consent Exercises to help you practice skills around giving and getting it. And we're going to answer your questions about how to use Consent to create greater depth and connection.
