Join us for a fun filled evening of strengthening, stretching, laughter, and your beverage of choice. This event is the perfect girl's night after a long work week. Try something new and fun! This class will focus on core strengthening, flexibility, and entire body workouts designed to increase range of motion and strengthen your entire body by the use of aerial hammocks. We encourage you to bring a bottle of wine or beverage of choice to spice up your workout! This class is guaranteed to be fun filled and leave you feeling accomplished!
