Spiral Healing presents Massage Techniques with Warming Salves
Overworking your muscles can cause undue stress on your joints and unwanted aches and pains, for example, sitting at a computer all day typing, doing trades work, or participating in sports. Well explore how to make warming salves that will help increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and simple massage techniques to apply slave to reduce pain and inflammation. This is approximately a 1.5-hour class and has a materials fee of $15
