Day of Mindfulness
You are warmly invited to our next Day of Mindfulness. A quiet space, much needed in our busy lives, where we can deepen our practice, slow down, rest and water our seeds of calm, joy, compassion and solidity.
The day will be led by UK Dharma Teacher Dene Donalds. Theme to be announced shortly. There will be meditation, sharing, singing, a dharma talk and mindful lunch.
For those unfamiliar with the basics of practice in Thich Nhat Hanh's Plum Village tradition, we suggest coming at least once to our Saturday or Thursday sangha meetings beforehand.

Prices:
£30 upper rate - £25 normal waged - £16 concession (if on benefits or a full time student). A fixed number of places are available at each price.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive from 09:30 - 09:45. We'll start promptly at 10am. Arriving later may mean waiting in reception till a break in the session. The day ends at 5pm.
Vegan Lunch and Refreshments:
The price includes a cooked lunch in the Jamyang cafe (vegan and gluten free) and hot drinks.
