Beginner Hula Hoop Class
Come and join Elliecoptor Pilott from Sparkle's Hoop Troupe to learn some basic hula hoop moves and tricks, have a play and have fun!
The class is suitable for beginners. If you think you can't hoop, you can! You just need the right sized hoop and some encouragement!
Ellie will teach you the basics of how to keep the hula hoop spinning around your waist and how to move with the hoop. She will also teach you other tricks using your hoop on your hands and arms and how to move with your hula hoop. Once we have mastered the moves we will put them together in a short sequence.
All hoops are provided and there will be some for sale if you would like to carry on practising!
Children 10 - 17 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
