Japanese Whetstone Sharpening for single bevel knives.
This class is taught by the proprietor of Bernal Cutlery, Josh Donald. Students will learn the basic techniques of sharpening a traditional Japanese single bevel knife, and the fundamentals sharpening a deba knife. Knives and stones supplied by Bernal Cutlery.
