Chef Tien Ho has been a mentor to Nick Montgomery since he was a punk 18 year old with an Alabama accent making all sorts of stupid mistakes at Momofuku Ssam Bar. We are thrilled to have him join us to cook vegetables, charcuterie, and french pastry with Vietnamese flavors.
