Join Viola Buitoni, our native Italian instructor, for an early summer Italian vegetarian feast as she transforms the local market bounty into easy and flavorful dishes.

Ciliegie Cotte con Zabaione allo Champagne (Stewed Cherries with Champagne Zabaione)
