Roustabout: The Great Circus Train Wreck, Artists of Concordia Theatre
The creative team who brought Chicago's acclaimed Burning Blubeard bring their talents to the Artists of Concordia Theatre. Helena Keys, Artistic Director of the award winning Chicago theatre company, The Hypocrites will direct this unique play written by Jay Torrence, Ensemble Member with the Neo-Futurists, Chicago's highly regarded experimental theatre. Roustabout: The Great Circus Train Wreck follows the 1918 collision of the Hagenbeck-Wallace Circus train with a US Army train weaving the story of war, humanism, and redemption together with the Neo-Futurists unique meta theatrical touch that director Keys wields so successfully.
