Workshop - Kris Bergstrom: The Hot 7 Primer
This fast-paced primer teaches one of the naname community's newest and most exciting moves, with in-class drills for true mastery, examples of incorporation into solos, video for future study, and take-home copies of the Matsuri Crashers Essentials Badge Evaluation (a prerequisite for the full "Hot 7" course).
