Egg-cellent Cooking Class
Anyone familiar with Heyday Farm knows our eggs. But they aren't just for breakfast, so we thought it would be fun to teach a class on some ways to turn those tasty, local eggs into delicious entrees and sweets. Join our kitchen staff for this hands on cooking class, and learn how to make such dishes as quiche, sauces, and pavlovas for dessert!
Cost: $75.00 per person. This hands-on experience begins with glass of celebratory bubbles and an opening bite. Our kitchen staff will demonstrate how to make each dish, after which you will get your hands dirty and make your own. You will of course feast on your tasty creations, and we'll close the class with a sweet treat.
Additional wine and beer are available for purchase. All tickets are non-refundable, however they are transferable. In the event of a cancellation, full purchase price shall be refunded.
