New Small Breweries Vegetarian Nonsense Prix Fixe Dinner with Guest Chef Marc Giroux
It's the return of our famous Vegetarian Nonsense dinner (dairy, no seafood)! We'll be creating a "best of spring" farm-to-table menu paired with spring brews from new small breweries, including Radiant Pig (the brewer will be joining us to talk about NY's newest small brewery).
Features include:
Radiant Pig Craft Beers will be bringing their IPA to Jimmy's No. 43 to celebrate spring, alongside Newburgh Brewing, Port Jeff, Bridge & Tunnel, and other NY breweries TBA;
Guest Chefs Marc Giroux (of Canada) and Matt Sakowicz (of Hawaii)both f/o Dassara, an experimental ramen house/izakaya in Brooklynwill curate a menu of seasonal vegetables and various grains to include:
Soup: Watermelon Gaspacho with li hing mui
Salad: Coconut confit heirloom carrot and market greens
Charcuterie: Selection of vegetable charcuterie, pickles and barley bread
Pasta: Morel mushroom ravioli, garlic scape pesto, asparagus
Dessert: Strawberry Shortcake
