Join Happy Girl Kitchen co-founder, Jordan Champagne, and dive into the wonderful world of pickles and fermented foods. Following an introductory discussion covering hot water bath canning, the PH scale and food safety, learn how to create and care for living vegetable ferments and the nourishing tonics of fermented foods.
