Montclair Culinary Academy - Adult cooking 'Sip & Cook' Ladies Night Out "Cruise the Meditteranean'
Calling all Ladies who love great food and wine! Join us for a fun and fabulous evening of great food, a fun cooking experience and learn the Chef secrets to weigh loss, weight management and Meditteranean cuisine.
Mediterranean diet: A diet traditionally followed in Greece, Crete, southern France, and parts of Italy that emphasizes fruits and vegetables, grains, olive oil (as opposed to butter) and grilled or steamed chicken and seafood.
This technique brings out the organic flavors of foods with the use of herbs, garlic, onion, and aromatics.

Olive Tampenade
Greek style Kebob
Yogurt & Cucumber sauce
