Montclair Culinary Academy - Adult cooking 'Sip & Cook' The Art of French Cooking & Wine Tasting
Back by popular demand! We are offering this class for those that weren't able to attend the first time, or those of you who want to come back for a fabulous feast with wine pairings with our Wine Aficionado!!
The Chefs are excited to teach this classical French cooking class. Recipes will be available so you can replicate these dishes at home.
On the Menu:
Terrine of Duck with French Baguette and Olives
Frisee' Salad with Bacon lardons and Dijon Vinaigrette
Hanger Steak with a red wine and shallot reduction
Pomme De Terre with Truffle Salt
Crepes with Chocolate, Berries & Cream
**BYOB is also suggested with the wine tasting
