Josh Henderson Sneak Peeks us with his Restaurant, Westward, a Preview Dinner with Executive Chef Zoi Antonitsas
Before any others, you foodies get a chance to try out one of the hottest new restaurants opening in Seattle.
It is a great treat for a lucky few who will have the opportunity to buy tickets to this one of a kind event, being held at The VUDE (www.thevude.com), on June 1, 2013 at 6:00pm.
Chef Josh Henderson, restaurateur and founder of Huxley Wallace Collective (www.huxleywallace.com) joints such as Skillet and Hollywood Tavern has honored us with the privilege to hold a preview dinner for his new restaurant, Westward and Little Gull Grocery, here at The VUDE. This is the only preview dinner they are doing outside the restaurant.
Executive Chef Zoi Antonitsas (Previously Chef de Cuisine at Madison Park Conservatory) will be manning the helm of Chef Henderson's new sea inspired venture. Join her and the rest of the Westward Crew and be the one of the first to enjoy a multi-course wine paired dinner from an establishment that is sure to be a mainstay of the Seattle Waterfront for years to come.
Of Course, no VUDE event is complete without Hand of God Wines (www.handofgodwines.com)! Dubbed "The Master of Malbec," by Wine Spectator, wine maker, Santiago Achával is the co-founder & winemaker for Hand of God Wines. Hand of God Wines is his newest creation, only in the American market for a couple months.
The combination of premium Argentine wine, paired with the amazing sea-inspired menu, will make this THE hottest ticket in town, so buy your tickets now before it's too late!
