Winter Solstice Party at Govanhill Baths
To celebrate the beginning of Govanhill Baths long-awaited refurbishment, we are holding a Farewell Party to coincide with the Winter Solstice!
After almost twenty years of campaigning, the refurbishment of Govanhill Baths begins next year. To mark this momentous occasion join us for a special evening of mesmerising lights, performance, music and juggling. With the Illuminated Trash Orchestra.
Festivities begin with a Lantern Parade starting in Govanhill Park and finishing in Govanhill Baths, where the Party takes place.
To join in the Lantern Parade just pop along to Govanhill Park (ideally with a lantern) but please note the Party is free but a ticket is required.
