Relax * Restore * Detox New Years Day Yoga
After you dance the night away on New Years Eve, join us to recover in the afternoon on January 1st 2019 for a smooth, stretchy and restorative yoga practice. During this special 2-hour session Julie from Fields of Yoga will lead you through slow, sweet yin yoga, relaxing restorative yoga, and meditative yoga nidra. Detoxifying herbal teas will be served after the practice.
