What was that bird we heard?
'Ear birding' is the best way to learn our feathered fauna and also makes us more in tune with everything in nature. Experience, technology and practice will result in our learning at least eight species native to Sugarloaf by sound alone. This will be a 2 mile moderate hike with some uphill and lots of stops. Bring binoculars if you have them, and good shoes for rocky or uneven trails. Rain cancels. Parking fees apply.
