Garlic Scapes - Family Harvesting Program
Are you familiar with garlic scapes? They are the unopened flower buds of the garlic plant, and we have them growing in abundance at Ambler Farm. Join Program Manager Kevin Meehan to learn about garlic and to harvest this flavorful crop.
We will harvest and grill the garlic scapes for all to enjoy, and each family will take some home.
Please wear comfortable clothes to help with the harvest.
