short ribs braised in Lamplighter Brunch Breakfast Stout, with parsnips, carrots & potatoes
paired with BRUNCH BREAKFAST STOUT (7.8% abv)

with a Lamplighter Sneaker Wave IPA glaze, roasted fingerling potatoes, new carrots & fresh thyme
