Junk Heart Pendants with Donna Smit

Junk Hearts Pendant - Valentine Edition

Resident artist Donna Rennea Smit will teach this repurposed, recycled, and reused class taking vintage jewelry, glass fusion beads, shells, pearls, beads, and anything that can fit in a heart cabochon. Each student will learn a simple wire wrapping technique and then fill the heart with baubles and resin. Every student will be able to take home their wearable art and wear the next day and each piece comes with a ribbon necklace. As a bonus, Donna creates hearts from scraps of glass, pours into a mold and then uses a tile saw and refuses the pieces to truly create a recycled heart. Each student will wire wrap one of Donna's creations to take home. All supplies included, but students can bring jewelry from home to incorporate. Limited to 12 students. Treat yourself to fun filled morning and untap your creative side!
