|  | EventFem Com Presents: Storytelling 101 with Kelsie Huff This two hour storytelling workshop is a careful examination of the writers comic voice via personal narrative with an emphasis on joke development, exploration of personal experiences, editing, and presentation. It is an exploratory workshop primarily for writers interested in the Chicago stand-up and storytelling community. However, it also meets the needs of students with other interests: as a refresher course for both writers and comedians, novice writers, and students and professionals looking to hone point of view and public speaking skills. 
 
 
 Kelsie Huff is a Chicago-based comedian and storyteller. She created the kates an 11 year all-female identified comedy showcase. She taught Fem Com for over five years, was a stand-up comedy instructor at Comedy Sports, was a Live Lit instructor at StoryStudio Chicago for two years and now is teaching with her own organizaiton, the kates U. Kelsie has created four solo shows, performs stand-up around Chicago and has taught storytelling and stand-up workshops around the country.
