Girasole 2019

Girasole, Italian for "Sunflower Dinner," will begin at 5:00pm & will include a farm tour, hor'dourves, 3 course dinner, and dessert at our Oak Grove venue. This Jorgensen Farms tradition is the perfect opportunity to gather with friends and loved ones for a house-prepared meal on the farm!

Hor'dourves | 5:00pm

-Gourmet Antipasti Display with Local Cheeses & Meats
-Bing Cherry, Goat Cheese & Honey Crostini
-Cremini Compote Crostini
-Lobster & Saffron Fried Arancini
-Italian Style Meatballs

Farm Walk (weather permitting) | 5:30pm

-Panzanella Salad
-Tuscan Boule Bread with Honey Butter & Italian Dipping Oil

Course 2

-Grilled Salmon with a Honey, Basil, Mint Reduction, topped with Peach & Watermelon Salsa. -Served with Seasonal Vegetable Ribbons.

Course 3

-Italian Pork Osso Buco with Risotto alla Milanese

Dessert

-Puff Pastry Almond Napoleon with Lemon Curd, Macerated Berries & Whipped Mascarpone

This event is for adults only and is BYOB.
Glassware and bottle openers will be provided by Jorgensen Farms.
