Speak Up Workshop for Tweens and Teens: Who Tells Your Story?
Speak Up co-founder and Moth StorySLAM and GrandSLAM champion Matthew Dicks will be teaching a storytelling workshop for tweens and teens ages 11-17 that will provide a solid foundation in crafting stories. First, explore our new exhibit Hamilton: His World, His Words, His Hair and see how Alexander Hamiltons story was told and retold. Then, start working on generating ideas for stories from your own life experiences and learn how to frame and tell your story in your own words.

The cost is $45 per student for CHS members and $50 per student for non-members. Parents who choose to stay in the building are free. Pre-registration is required.
