The excitement is building for this WINTER BREAK MINI CAMP. A 3 day cooking and baking blowout Food Network style!!!
Day 1 - December 26, 2018
Inspired by the Broadway Musical "FROZEN'' comes all things frozen and defrosted! Jr. Chefs will challenged to create amazing appetizers and desserts that would make Elsa proud.
Montclair's very own Ayla Schwartz- who plays young Elsa on Broadway's Frozen lets us in on her favorite foods!
Day 2- December 27, 2018
MCA's Sugar Rush is on! Jr. Chefs will create incredible cakes, desserts and all things sugar rush.
Day 3- December 28, 2018
MCA's Master Jr. Chef Competition - Jr. Chefs will replicate dishes created by our Chefs. Let's see who wins! Teams will be awarded the Culinary Championship Award
Snacks & Lunch is included each day.
