Join Chefs Bill Miner & Forbes Rigsby of il porcellino salumi for fun learning experience on how to properly make sausage like a professional!! The chefs will guide you through the proper techniques to successfully make sausage at home or at your professional kitchen. They will demonstrate the entire process from start to finish, making several different recipes that can easily be duplicated after the class in your own time. Sausage will be made, cooked properly, tasted, and taken home by the class at the end of the evening.
