Derived from the Greek word hysterika, meaning Uterus. Thought to manifest when a womans uterus wandered uncontrollably throughout her body. Like just strolling around. Taking a walk. No big deal. Often causing excessive emotion, irrational behavior, and a totally legitimate reason to deny women a whole butt-load of rights.
