Subtractive painting is a fun way to work using black oil paint and the white of the canvas to create a painting that captures the nostalgia of old photographs.
The paint is brushed onto the prepared canvas and then manipulated and selectively removed to make the final image. This process is called subtractive or reductive painting but we like to call it "unpainting".
Whatever your experience level you will enjoy a night of creative success and take home a piece of art you will want to frame and use in your home decorating.
All materials are included.
