The San Diego Wine Country Festival, July 27th, 2013
Come and taste what the growing wine region of San Diego is all about! July 27th, 2013, from 1-4pm, taste from over 2o local wineries on the beautiful grounds of Bernardo Winery, in North County San Diego. Meet the winemakers in person, talk Terrior and sip their latest vintages under the olive trees.
Also, learn about the wine region and what grows so well in all of our unique microclimates! Food Vendors will be serving everything from cheese platters to crepes, to sandwiches. Music, silent auction items, giveaways from local businesses and wine education booths from the San Diego Vintner's association as well as other area vintner's associations.
With each ticket purchase, guests receive 12 tastings, a personal sized fresh baguette, olive oil and vinegar for dipping and a logo tasting glass.
Wine tasting from 1-4pm, Wine available by the bottle for purchase from 1-6 pm.
Tickets are available online at www.brownpapertickets.com for $25 per person, $30 at the door.
Local area hotels that provide shuttle service to and from Bernardo Winery include The Rancho Bernardo Inn, The Hilton Garden Inn and Courtyard Marriot, all in Rancho Bernardo.
